Role Overview
We are seeking committed part-time Accommodation Assistants to enhance our Accommodation Team's efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance and warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Handle and safely store chemicals adhering strictly to COSHH regulations.
- Ensure thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, tiles, and corridors to prescribed standards.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks weekly, monthly, and annually as directed.
- Anticipate and meet guest needs proactively to elevate service quality and surpass expectations.
- Support and promote resort services and products, capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Consistently strive to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with enthusiasm, energy, and passion for hospitality.
- Have a sound understanding of hotel operations.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Hold prior experience in a comparable hospitality role.
- Be flexible and willing to work various shifts as required.
