Cleaner / Custodian - Day Shift

Position Overview

Uline is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Milton, Ontario location as Day Shift Cleaners / Custodians. This role prioritizes maintaining pristine warehouse environments, grounds, and employee areas, supporting our overall commitment to quality service and product excellence.

Work Schedule

• Shift options include 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Monday to Friday shifts, with no overnight work

Core Duties

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting of racks, and upkeep of yard and building facilities
• Manage trash and corrugated scrap disposal with compaction equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning machinery safely
• Prepare and tidy employee workstation areas
• Assist with event meeting room setup and takedown
• Carry out general labor and cleaning tasks as required to support operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated detail orientation
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is essential
• Capability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $27 to $31 with scope for growth and incentives
