Position Overview

Uline is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Milton, Ontario location as Day Shift Cleaners / Custodians. This role prioritizes maintaining pristine warehouse environments, grounds, and employee areas, supporting our overall commitment to quality service and product excellence.

Work Schedule

Shift options include 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Monday to Friday shifts, with no overnight work

Core Duties

Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting of racks, and upkeep of yard and building facilities
Manage trash and corrugated scrap disposal with compaction equipment
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms
Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning machinery safely
Prepare and tidy employee workstation areas
Assist with event meeting room setup and takedown
Carry out general labor and cleaning tasks as required to support operational needs

Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
Demonstrated detail orientation
Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is essential
Capability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage ranges from $27 to $31 with scope for growth and incentives
