Qualifications
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and support abilities to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting clearly and respectfully with a diverse customer base and colleagues.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, capable of handling feedback, managing service recovery, and upholding company brand standards.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service platforms or call center applications are useful.
- Previous work experience in customer-facing positions, especially in retail, hospitality, or fast-food environments, is preferred.
- Must be flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates must currently reside in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship if applicable.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming customer phone calls in both Arabic and English languages.
- Promptly and accurately answer customer questions, handle complaints, and process feedback.
- Document customer cases thoroughly, track their progress, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Liaise with restaurant locations and relevant departments to address and resolve customer issues.
- Uphold McDonald's Qatar’s customer service quality standards consistently.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Customer Care Supervisor when necessary.
- Keep precise records and compile routine call and case reports.
