About the Role
Unishippers - Hudson Group is expanding its team and seeking a dependable and friendly Customer Support Specialist to join their 100% remote UPS customer service team. This position requires handling a high volume of inquiries with a team-focused attitude while being self-driven. The role suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of an encouraging and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customers through phone, email, and chat regarding all UPS-related inquiries such as package tracking and issue resolution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing product or service concerns.
- Handle receivables, process payment of invoices, troubleshoot shipment problems, and audit UPS charges.
- Respond to customer billing questions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and gather feedback.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while paying close attention to accuracy.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and update account information properly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Experience with UPS or FedEx customer service is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive, solution-focused mindset well suited for fast-paced settings.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Empathy and enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Helpscout and Google Office Suite is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging approximately from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- This is a fully remote role with technology provided.
