Key responsibilities
- Keep Shopify product pages clear, accurate, and optimized to support conversions.
- Review the site on a regular basis to find mistakes, inconsistencies, or stale content.
- Track inventory and help reduce the risk of stock shortages or overselling.
- Reply to customer reviews in a way that supports trust in the brand and encourages engagement.
- Refresh website elements such as banners, landing pages, and product imagery.
- Liaise with vendors regarding stock, purchase orders, and shipment/order status updates.
Candidate profile
- At least 1 year of practical experience in e-commerce or Shopify administration.
- Comfort using Shopify and similar tools without close supervision.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage several tasks accurately.
- Good written communication skills, especially for content visible to customers.
- Self-driven approach and the ability to stay productive in a remote working environment.
Technical expectations
