직무 설명
Role Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Estimation Engineer to join Kalak Spearhead Consultancy, a prominent provider of turnkey MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services known for delivering comprehensive solutions for complex infrastructural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents thoroughly to understand project requirements.
- Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform detailed quantity take-offs.
- Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to vendors and compare received quotations carefully.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
- Develop accurate cost estimates covering Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of tender documentation in support of project bids.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
Skills Needed
- Familiarity with estimation processes specific to MEP projects.
- Proficient in preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Experience handling vendor communications and quotation comparison.
- Strong understanding of cost analysis methodologies for electrical and allied services.
- Knowledge of tender preparation and bid management.
