  • Coordinate wellness support, campaigns, and employee assistance programs with internal and external partners.
  • Track well-being trends and recommend preventative or corrective measures when concerns arise.
  • Act as a trusted contact for employee issues, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations in alignment with company policies and UAE laws.
  • Mediate disputes, support resolution, and coach managers on performance and conduct matters.
  • Maintain confidential records of cases, identify recurring issues, and advise on systemic improvements.
  • Oversee comprehensive management of frontline accommodation including safety, hygiene, security, and compliance with relevant standards and laws.
  • Manage occupancy planning, room allocations, transfers, check-in/out procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct routine accommodation inspections with various stakeholders, document findings, assign corrective actions, and ensure resolution.
  • Ensure accommodation adherence to UAE regulations, civil defense, health and safety standards, company policies, and emergency preparedness.
  • Supervise accommodation teams and vendors, establish service expectations, monitor performance, and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle resident concerns and incidents sensitively, escalating serious matters as necessary.
  • Support budget management, purchase planning, utility and cost monitoring, invoice validation, and cost efficiency initiatives while maintaining welfare standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive accommodation records, inspection reports, incident logs, vendor documentation, and dashboards.
  • Promote awareness among residents about accommodation rules, safety, hygiene, respectful behavior, and shared responsibilities via induction and ongoing communication.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee experience and accommodation, including engagement, case resolution, welfare, occupancy, compliance, service standards, and satisfaction.
  • Generate regular management reports highlighting trends, risks, recommended improvements, costs, and outcomes.
  • Benchmark best practices and introduce suitable process improvements, digital tools, and efficiencies.
