About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver reliable administrative assistance to managers, teams, and departments.
- Handle incoming communications such as calls, emails, and correspondences with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic records, files, and documents.
- Support data entry tasks, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet management.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars efficiently.
- Prepare and disseminate office memos and internal communications.
- Manage office supply inventories, filing systems, and general clerical duties.
- Contribute to special projects and carry out other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational aptitude and effective time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with accuracy in task execution.
- Capability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities skillfully.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to change, and develop within a professional workplace setting.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office environments is beneficial but not essential.
