Overview
LaSante Health Center is on the lookout for a highly efficient Executive Assistant to bolster the administrative functions of our executive leaders. This role demands a detail-focused, proactive individual adept at juggling various priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Duties
- Deliver all-encompassing administrative support to the executive team.
- Oversee scheduling, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and appointment coordination.
- Create and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as an intermediary among executives, staff members, and outside partners.
- Manage confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion.
- Organize logistics for meetings when necessary.
- Monitor deadlines, follow through on delegated tasks, and assist with special initiatives.
- Take minutes and maintain meticulous records and filing systems.
- Fulfill additional assignments as designated by executive leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or comparable administrative capacity preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, effective time management, and capability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to operate autonomously using sound judgment.
- Professional attitude paired with strict confidentiality standards.
Additional Information
Compensation starts at $55,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
