About Revo Hospitality Group and Vienna House Easy
The Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Frankfurt Airport, managed by Revo Hospitality Group, is a full-service hotel conveniently connected to the international Frankfurt Airport. After recent renovation, the hotel offers 150 rooms, the Cantinetta Popolare restaurant with seating for 120 guests, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a conference area with seven event rooms covering 410 m² accommodating up to 250 people. Additional amenities include a wellness area and 180 outdoor parking spaces onsite.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests as the first point of contact at the reception desk.
- Ensure smooth operations from check-in through check-out processes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all hotel departments to deliver optimal guest experiences.
- Manage cash handling procedures and accurately perform front office accounting.
- Address and fulfill individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-oriented approach.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or relevant first experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service.
- Strong service mindset and ability to make guests feel genuinely welcomed.
- Good command of English in speaking and writing for routine communication with international guests.
- Organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively, even during busy or stressful periods.
