Role Overview

This position is for a polished House Manager to run the daily functioning of an exclusive private home in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role reports to the Principal or a representative from the family office. The right candidate will come from a strong luxury hospitality background, ideally shaped by 5-star hotels, upscale resorts, or premium food and beverage operations, and must be committed to delivering exceptional service.

Prior experience supporting private households for ultra-high-net-worth families is a major advantage. The House Manager will ensure the residence operates smoothly, coordinate domestic teams, oversee events, maintain high service standards, and provide a discreet, tailored experience for the family and their guests.

This is a live-in opportunity at the residence, with a 6-day work week. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Household Operations

  • Supervise the full day-to-day running of the residence so everything functions efficiently.
  • Set and enforce luxury service standards throughout the home.
  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, security, chauffeurs, chefs, and other household personnel.
