Overview
At On, our team builds and maintains both customer-facing applications and internal tools that enable our Happiness Delivery (Customer Support) teams to provide exceptional service. We utilize a cutting-edge technology stack including NestJS, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to innovate through automation and AI-driven solutions that proactively address customer requirements.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess low-code/no-code workflows and devise a strategic roadmap aimed at modernization and scalability of technical solutions.
- Develop prototypes and deploy AI-powered applications to automate the triaging process for technical support tickets, minimizing manual routing tasks.
- Support the construction and implementation of software solutions tailored to optimize customer service workflows.
- Contribute to the advancement of tooling and service architectures to support new use cases and evolving business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in software engineering, particularly with Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Strong enthusiasm for integrating AI-assisted development to create intelligent, efficient solutions.
- A commitment to designing seamless and high-quality user experiences.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
