About the Company
Infoscreen GmbH, part of the Ströer Group, specializes in video content in public spaces. Their successful concept blends advertising, information, and entertainment and has been operating for 20 years. They manage over 9,000 public video screens located in German subway and train stations, airports, and shopping centers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Creative Project Manager to join our team in Munich on a fixed-term full-time basis covering a parental leave. This role offers a dynamic challenge in creative project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients in creating, adjusting, and managing advertising materials for Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) and billboard campaigns.
- Ensure advertising materials meet technical specifications, design and quality standards, and oversee their flawless implementation.
- Manage campaigns across the national DOOH advertising network using internal booking and campaign management tools.
- Coordinate projects involving the production and publication of digital advertisements alongside internal departments.
- Conduct quality assurance for externally produced advertising content and collaborate with agencies and clients on optimizations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions that contribute to successful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree, preferably in media, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably some experience in project management or handling advertising/media projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Good sense for design, layouts and digital advertising content.
- Fluent German communication skills and good command of English.
