Responsibilities
- Design and implement outbound sales plans to attract qualified leads and new business by leveraging cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn activities.
- Identify potential clients in sectors such as offline retail, ecommerce, and technology to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead LinkedIn-driven social selling efforts to engage decision-makers, nurture prospects, and enhance business development.
- Supervise and mentor junior outbound sales personnel, improving their prospecting techniques and messaging strategies.
- Conduct market research to discover target companies, track industry developments, and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to synchronize outreach campaigns, enhance lead quality, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze outreach results, conversion rates, and pipeline progress, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of 4 to 6 years or more in outbound sales or telemarketing; familiarity with data entry and research advantageous.
- Strong analytical and research skills to collect, interpret, and analyze relevant data.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and research assignments.
- Creative problem-solving capability toward data-related challenges.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably mentoring or guiding junior colleagues.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
