About the Role
The Presales Executive position in the real estate sector involves identifying and qualifying prospective buyers before the sales team engages with them. This role is crucial for boosting sales by transforming interested leads into actual buyers through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact and follow up with leads derived from digital marketing efforts, referrals, and inquiries.
- Present detailed information about real estate projects, including features, prices, locations, amenities, and payment options.
- Assess customers' needs, budget constraints, and purchase timelines to qualify prospects appropriately.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate meetings between potential buyers and the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure seamless lead conversion and efficient follow-up processes.
