Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Lead based in Auckland to contribute to our continued growth. This dynamic, field-based role reports to the National Sales Manager and involves cultivating new business and driving specification-based sales across the Auckland region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, new markets, and opportunities within the assigned territory to generate new business.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and deliver compelling sales and technical presentations to key decision-makers and influencers.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within technical, engineered, infrastructure, construction, or specification-driven sectors.
  • Strong skills in relationship management, influencing stakeholders, and negotiation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure, with awareness of margin and costing.
  • Organized and strategic in territory planning, managing activities, and meeting targets and budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
  • Holds a full, clean driver's license and is capable of working independently in a field-based environment.
