Overview
Corlann South East is seeking motivated and positive individuals for the role of Support Worker at their Duffcarrig Services facility in County Wexford. This permanent, full-time position requires commitment to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing compassionate care and support.
Role Responsibilities
Support Workers act as primary caregivers for assigned individuals, managing personal care duties such as meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and supporting overall physical well-being throughout the day. They also play a vital role in helping these individuals develop and progress towards their personalized Individual Plans. Furthermore, the role emphasizes facilitating community participation and supporting social integration.
