Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound patient calls.
• Assist patients in scheduling doctor home visits and healthcare services.
• Coordinate appointments among patients, doctors, and operations teams.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients for appointment confirmations and feedback collection.
• Keep accurate records using CRM tools and internal systems.
• Handle customer inquiries empathetically and efficiently.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with Hindi as a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
• Basic proficiency in computers and familiarity with MS Office.
• Open to freshers and candidates experienced in customer support, telecalling, healthcare, BPO, or front office roles.
• Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
