About Family Doctor
Family Doctor is a healthtech company that delivers home healthcare services like doctor visits, nursing, diagnostics, and more throughout Hyderabad. They focus on offering convenient and compassionate care at patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Assist patients in scheduling doctor home visits and healthcare services.
- Coordinate appointments among patients, doctors, and operations teams.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients for appointment confirmations and feedback collection.
- Keep accurate records using CRM tools and internal systems.
- Handle customer inquiries empathetically and efficiently.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth patient experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with Hindi as a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
- Basic proficiency in computers and familiarity with MS Office.
- Open to freshers and candidates experienced in customer support, telecalling, healthcare, BPO, or front office roles.
- Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
