Position Overview

This permanent full-time role as a Restaurant Assistant Manager is based in High River, Alberta. The position requires fluency in English, a secondary school graduation certificate, and between two to three years of relevant experience. The weekly working hours range from 35 to 40.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
Analyze revenue data to assess and control labour costs
Supervise and monitor the performance of restaurant staff
Develop and assign staff work schedules
Conduct staff training to enhance service and operational standards
Handle cash management including balancing cash drawers and completing financial reports
Ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws and regulations
Maintain and organize inventory levels
Implement and uphold health and safety standards within the restaurant
Contribute to marketing plan development and execution
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
Deliver exemplary customer service at all times
Manage event planning and execution within the restaurant environment
