Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA professional with over 9 years in the field to support and implement Identity Governance and Administration solutions for medium to large-scale clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Implement and provide ongoing support for Saviynt IGA platforms, ensuring effective identity and access management.
- Apply strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and provisioning workflows.
- Utilize advanced expertise in Java, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML to develop and debug components.
- Handle complex troubleshooting and resolve critical incidents efficiently under pressure.
- Develop, customize, and support workflows, forms, and other Saviynt components to meet client requirements.
- Work with application and web servers including Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere in development or support capacities.
- Engage with customers directly, demonstrating excellent communication skills to coordinate with global teams and clients.
- Leverage deep understanding of LDAP concepts with hands-on experience on multiple LDAP implementations.
- Manage access reviews and certification processes within Saviynt effectively.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 9 years of total experience in Saviynt IGA implementation and support.
- A minimum of 8 years in development or implementation specifically on Saviynt IGA.
- At least 2 years of Level 3 support experience for Saviynt IGA tool.
- Strong capability in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, other scripting languages, and XML.
- Extensive experience developing and supporting Saviynt workflows and components.
- Experience with application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere.
- Proven ability to work effectively in customer-facing roles with global counterparts.
