  • Strong background in managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with programme governance, financial control, delivery planning and reporting.
  • Experience leading teams spread across different locations or operating in a matrix structure.
  • Good working knowledge of project and programme delivery methods, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to executive and senior management audiences.
  • Ability to balance high-level programme oversight with detailed delivery execution.

Desirable experience

  • Exposure to programmes involving Cloud Migration, ERP, CRM, AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Service Management or Systems Integration.
