Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Junior to join our team in Wapping, East London. This full-time position involves at least two days per week in the office and reports directly to the Senior Social Account Manager. The candidate will work across various retained and project-based accounts involving influencer marketing, organic social media, and social insights.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and sourcing influencers, compiling reports, and managing statistical charts.
Stay updated with the latest social platform developments and trends.
Conduct basic reporting on social posts and conversations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at different organizational levels, both online and face-to-face.
Follow instructions carefully, ask clarifying questions when necessary, and implement fundamental marketing concepts.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Passion for pop culture with an acute awareness of current trends.
Confident public speaker.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.
Good understanding of all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Thrives in a fast-moving team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in IT skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
Interest in and exposure to digital technologies and creative content formats.
