Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Junior to join our team in Wapping, East London. This full-time position involves at least two days per week in the office and reports directly to the Senior Social Account Manager. The candidate will work across various retained and project-based accounts involving influencer marketing, organic social media, and social insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and sourcing influencers, compiling reports, and managing statistical charts.
• Stay updated with the latest social platform developments and trends.
• Conduct basic reporting on social posts and conversations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at different organizational levels, both online and face-to-face.
• Follow instructions carefully, ask clarifying questions when necessary, and implement fundamental marketing concepts.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for pop culture with an acute awareness of current trends.
• Confident public speaker.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.
• Good understanding of all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Thrives in a fast-moving team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in IT skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
• Interest in and exposure to digital technologies and creative content formats.

Additional Information

Location: London Docklands with excellent transport links and onsite amenities.
