Full-Time Case Manager

Role Overview

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hospital-based Case Management or a minimum of five years in the healthcare sector.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing Program.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification upon hiring.
