Position Overview
As a PM Coordinator at Ariane Real Estate in Doha, Qatar, you will play a crucial role in managing tenant transitions, property inspections, and maintenance coordination for residential and commercial units. This role demands strong organizational skills and familiarity with local utility processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant move-in and move-out operations, ensuring smooth handovers and takeovers of units.
- Manage contract transitions for Property Management with owners, facilitating seamless service continuity.
- Serve as a liaison for tenants concerning property matters and requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform thorough inspections of properties and units, documenting findings in detailed reports.
- Assist with maintenance administration including processing Local Purchase Orders.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance tasks and service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate procedures involving Kahramaa (Qatar's electricity and water utility) and manage cooling account processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in property management roles.
- Exposure to both residential and commercial property management, with an emphasis on residential units.
- Strong skills in administration and coordination.
- Familiarity with Kahramaa and cooling systems operations.
- Competent user of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication capabilities coupled with strong organizational skills.
- Possession of a valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
