Our team operates without Product Managers; as a Product Engineer, you will oversee features throughout their entire lifecycle—deciding priorities, making trade-offs on features, and refining them to ensure an exceptional user experience. The company is based in Berlin and works onsite. This is a mid-senior level full-time position, offering a compensation range between €85,000 and €160,000 annually.

Historically, consumer experiences in these conversations have been frustrating due to long waits, automated menus, repeated explanations, and ineffective support. Natural language communication with businesses remains limited.

Although the primary technology stacks include TypeScript and Python, foundational engineering skills and a problem-solving attitude are far more critical than specific language expertise.

Evidence of strong ownership and action bias—such as side projects, startup experience, or key contributions in previous roles—is essential. Hiring Process
