We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer responsible for carrying out thorough visual and dimensional checks of sheet metal components. The role involves documenting inspection outcomes, managing non-conformance reports, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional examinations of sheet metal parts with precision.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
• Detect defects, deviations, and any non-conformities and propose effective corrective actions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all inspections and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols consistently during inspection activities.
• Exhibit the ability to perform tasks independently without supervision.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong attention to detail in inspection and documentation tasks.
• Knowledge of quality control processes related to sheet metal parts.
• Ability to identify manufacturing defects and recommend corrective solutions.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 30000 INR.
