Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer responsible for carrying out thorough visual and dimensional checks of sheet metal components. The role involves documenting inspection outcomes, managing non-conformance reports, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional examinations of sheet metal parts with precision.
- Generate detailed inspection reports and Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
- Detect defects, deviations, and any non-conformities and propose effective corrective actions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all inspections and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols consistently during inspection activities.
- Exhibit the ability to perform tasks independently without supervision.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail in inspection and documentation tasks.
- Knowledge of quality control processes related to sheet metal parts.
- Ability to identify manufacturing defects and recommend corrective solutions.
- Good organizational skills to maintain accurate inspection logs.
- Understanding of safety standards and company policies.
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 30000 INR.
