Job Summary
The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the ICICI Bank team to promote and manage 3-in-1 accounts, which combine savings, trading, and demat accounts, within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the ICICI Bank team to facilitate opening and servicing of 3-in-1 accounts in the designated area.
- Advise customers with suitable financial products by accurately assessing their needs while ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Provide product knowledge and post-sale assistance to the bank team, handling queries and resolving escalations effectively.
- Ensure all customer KYC documentation is verified thoroughly and complies with regulatory standards.
