Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods such as breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries according to production and catering instructions.
Utilize approved recipes, maintain production quality, and operate equipment correctly for food preparation.
Assist in production planning to meet daily baking requirements and maintain accurate production records including waste tracking and inventory levels.
Ensure proper food presentation, maintain portion control, and monitor serving temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, utensils, and workstations in compliance with safety standards.
Handle food safely, adhering to health regulations and corporate safety protocols including OSHA standards.
Interact courteously with customers, addressing complaints promptly and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
Work efficiently during peak production times, completing assigned tasks thoroughly within designated shift hours.
Perform any additional duties assigned to support kitchen operations.
