Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods such as breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries according to production and catering instructions.
• Utilize approved recipes, maintain production quality, and operate equipment correctly for food preparation.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily baking requirements and maintain accurate production records including waste tracking and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper food presentation, maintain portion control, and monitor serving temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, utensils, and workstations in compliance with safety standards.
• Handle food safely, adhering to health regulations and corporate safety protocols including OSHA standards.
• Interact courteously with customers, addressing complaints promptly and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
• Work efficiently during peak production times, completing assigned tasks thoroughly within designated shift hours.
• Perform any additional duties assigned to support kitchen operations.
