Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, enhance, and support the operations of field service teams through field force agencies.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of field representatives.
- Achieve sell-out targets, set goals, and track progress consistently.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators and productivity metrics to boost operational effectiveness through detailed reporting and strategic planning.
- Develop field strategies and plans aligned with the business department's objectives.
- Manage and supervise the execution of field force activities and budget adherence.
- Collect and assess market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Promote employee engagement and retention by cultivating a motivated and high-performing field team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in managing field force teams, sales operations, or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading distributed teams.
- Strong analytical expertise with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stress effectively and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- Fluency in both German and English languages is required.
