Founded in 2021, Aadi Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering excellent educational resources and nutritional support to underserved tribal communities in regions such as Delhi and Dehradun, India. Our mission focuses on empowering impoverished children by providing structured education and sustenance, aiming to break the cycle of poverty.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The internship involves direct interaction with parents to promote educational programs. Daily tasks include making calls to potential and existing leads, presenting clear and persuasive pitches about SpikiTech, understanding the child's profile, and managing objections effectively. Interns will be responsible for scheduling demonstration classes, confirming appointments through messages, maintaining meticulous records of interactions, and conducting follow-ups with various categories of parents. Coordinating with educators to ensure smooth demo sessions, gathering feedback post-demo, and converting attendees into paying participants are also key aspects. Tracking performance metrics daily to refine outreach strategies forms part of the continuous improvement process.

Eligibility and Additional Information

The internship is open to candidates who can work remotely from home and begin between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026. Applicants must commit to a 2-month duration and possess relevant skills aligned with the responsibilities. Women aiming to start or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

Perks and Working Conditions

Selected interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion. The position offers flexible working hours and a five-day workweek.

Compensation

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 33,000 to INR 47,000.
