About the Internship
This internship opportunity involves supporting the finance department with various accounting and financial tasks. The intern will contribute to financial record keeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payroll support, and preparation of financial reports, among other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers accurately.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Support bank reconciliation processes and track expenses diligently.
- Process employee reimbursements and keep detailed expense records.
- Help ensure payroll paperwork and statutory compliance are handled correctly.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation methodically.
- Assist with the preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate finance-related documentation with various internal teams.
- Perform additional finance and administrative assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degrees like B.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualifications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new concepts.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in work.
Stipend and Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 7,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
