About the Internship
Join Reducate.ai as a Human Resources intern to develop key competencies in communication, document management, and office productivity tools such as MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word. Enhance both written and verbal English skills while working alongside a proficient team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment workflow by reviewing resumes and arranging interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Manage and update employee information within HR databases.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development activities.
- Support employee engagement programs including survey administration.
- Help in preparing HR documents including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to improve internal HR operations and processes.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a work-from-home format.
- Must be able to commence the internship between July 24, 2026 and August 28, 2026.
- Willingness to commit to a 2-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend of INR 2000.
