About the Internship
Join Renu Sharma Education and Healthcare Foundation as a Human Resources intern and gain practical exposure to key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will utilize your skills in MS Office applications and strong English communication to support various HR tasks, gaining valuable insight into HR operations within a mission-driven organization focused on healthcare and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and aiding orientation sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
- Participate in resolving employee concerns and conduct exit interviews when necessary.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling HR correspondence.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at refining organizational processes and practices.
