Key Responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and document product and business requirements systematically.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and detailed functional specs.
- Support strategic planning including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and overall product strategy.
- Collaborate across Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Business, and Project teams for timely product deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders both internal and external to gather requirements and provide product updates.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to uncover new product opportunities.
- Participate actively in Agile development activities such as sprint planning, product reviews, and backlog maintenance.
- Lead product validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring quality before launch.
- Monitor development milestones, deadlines, and project status continuously.
- Analyze product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements.
