About the Internship
This internship opportunity involves handling day-to-day warehouse operations for a company specializing in delivering decorative items such as candle holders, wall crosses, leaf trays, world globes, and pillow covers across the USA. The selected intern will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple aspects of logistics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders from platforms including Amazon, FirstCry, and Flipkart.
- Ensuring accurate packaging and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintaining detailed stock sheets, shipment manifests, and inventory records.
- Inspecting, segregating, and updating returned items within the inventory system.
- Initiating claims for damaged or incorrect returned products.
- Maintaining comprehensive warehouse documentation, including records of stock movement and returns.
- Tracking inbound and outbound shipments to facilitate smooth warehouse functions.
- Adhering to daily dispatch schedules for order processing and shipping.
- Preparing and submitting operational reports and performance updates to senior team members.
- Overseeing CCTV and camera backup records to ensure warehouse security.
- Monitoring warehouse supplies and initiating replenishment as necessary.
- Coordinating with internal teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Available to start between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Must be available for a 6-month internship duration.
- Should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with warehouse operations.
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with interests in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce operations are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000.
- Certificate of completion.
- Letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
