Core Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students using the provided lead database.
• Assess the educational background, career aspirations, and specific needs of each student.
• Provide detailed explanations about courses, program offerings, eligibility conditions, fees, benefits, and potential career paths.
• Manage incoming calls and address student inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Consistently follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
• Maintain ongoing contact with leads to secure timely admissions conversions.
• Counsel students to help them choose suitable courses or programs.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses using CRM or Excel tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls made and admissions enrolled.
• Collaborate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with students through professional communication.
• Address and resolve objections or initial queries effectively.
• Regularly update the reporting manager about lead progress and conversion outcomes.
