About the Role

Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned, analytically-driven, and customer-oriented Admissions Manager to oversee the daily functions of the Admissions Office. This strategic role involves managing the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment and transition to academic teams, while leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The Admissions Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate admissions data, generating insightful reports, and optimizing processes to align with the College's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection, cleansing, and analysis of admissions data across various platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop regular dashboards and reports for senior leadership illustrating pipeline status, conversion rates, capacity utilization, and important performance metrics.
  • Create enrollment forecasts and scenario models grounded in historical trends, cohort analytics, and market insights.
  • Translate data insights into clear recommendations aimed at enhancing conversion rates and improving the admissions experience.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for OpenApply and its integration with iSAMS and other institutional systems, ensuring optimal configuration, user permissions, automations, and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data quality and streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for system upgrades and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation.
  • Supervise all phases of the admissions journey including inquiries, applications, assessments, offers, acceptances, and onboarding of students.
  • Establish and enforce service-level benchmarks to provide timely and personalized interactions with prospective families.
  • Organize and oversee school tours, open houses, assessments, and special events related to admissions.
  • Work closely with academic personnel on placement decisions and student handovers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrollment management, or data-heavy operations.
  • High proficiency with admissions or CRM software, particularly OpenApply and iSAMS.
  • Strong analytical capabilities including creating dashboards (Excel, Power BI) and experience with forecasting methods.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and refine operational processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with an international and diverse family base.
