• Develop structured AI workflows utilizing GPT-based approaches, including prompt sequences, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning frameworks.
• Generate and manage knowledge assets that are easily retrievable, employing structured formats such as JSON, ontologies, tagging, and retrieval schema.
• Transform verified clinical materials including protocols, research articles, and educational content into governed AI knowledge structures.
• Design comprehensive AI note-generation systems that integrate templates, provider preferences, clinical guidelines, patient context, and human oversight.
• Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to define AI strategies and enhance intelligent clinical features.
• Convert AI-generated outputs into refined clinical documents rather than unstructured responses.
• Assist in prototype development and provide technical support when necessary.
• Establish safety measures and guardrails to improve AI consistency, transparency, and user confidence.
• Contribute to clinical intelligence solutions such as pre-visit summaries, encounter documentation, lab result analyses, treatment recommendations, and follow-up care workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in developing structured AI workflows that extend beyond basic free-text prompts.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or applied AI system development.
• Proficiency in working with JSON, prompt contracts, retrieval schemas, and structured knowledge representations.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation procedures, electronic health records, or healthcare knowledge systems.
• Experience converting unstructured data into organized, reusable AI knowledge assets.
• Strong understanding of creating AI outputs that uphold safety, explainability, and trustworthiness within healthcare settings.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians.
• Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
