About the Role
This position is for an AI Solution Architect who can turn complex banking requirements into secure, scalable enterprise AI blueprints. The role covers the full technical journey from initial architecture design to production rollout, with solutions built to meet the strict standards of regulated financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop both high-level and detailed architecture designs for AI-driven banking products.
- Connect AI solutions securely with core banking platforms and associated data systems.
- Assess and choose suitable LLMs, vector databases, and machine learning platforms for each use case.
- Design for reliability, low response time, and enterprise-scale growth.
- Build compliance, risk controls, and data protection into architecture choices from the start.
- Work closely with engineering, security, and platform teams across the entire delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise IT, including a minimum of 3 years designing AI solutions in banking or financial services.
- Practical exposure to AI and data platforms such as DataRobot, SAS Enterprise Guide, and open-source LLM frameworks.
- Solid understanding of architectural approaches including microservices, API gateways, event-driven systems, and secure cloud landing zones for banking.
- Experience with CI/CD and MLOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and automated model testing frameworks.
- Advanced Python capability, including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Ability to explain technical architecture clearly in business language for different stakeholders.
