Appointment Setter

Overview

SHE-com is seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our expanding team on a contractor basis. This key role involves initiating contact with warm leads through outbound calls and arranging consultations with our Growth Managers, facilitating client engagement with our transformative ecommerce programs.

Key Duties

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients ensuring an outstanding customer interaction.
• Qualify prospects and efficiently book appointments for consultations with Growth Managers, updating the CRM accurately.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, including following up on rescheduled appointments, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Consistently achieve or surpass daily and weekly performance targets such as call volumes and booked meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to refine communication strategies and enhance operational processes.
• Participate actively in weekly training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Desired Profile

• Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting within sales or customer service settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of quickly building rapport over the phone.
• Driven by results and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and managing lead data.
• A collaborative team member who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Available to work 30 to 40 hours weekly, including some evenings and weekend shifts.
