About the Role
T3Cogno is seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team in Mysore. This is a full-time, onsite position. The role involves managing accounts receivable calls and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments.
Team Leader Requirements
We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least one year in a Team Leader or Team Coach capacity. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading a team and driving performance in an accounts receivable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting calls to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Resolving payment discrepancies and addressing client queries.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and actions taken.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Leading and mentoring a team of AR callers.
Additional Information
This position requires working night shifts. The budget for this role is up to 9 LPA. Immediate joiners are preferred.
