Assistant Manager - Operations & Customer Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to oversee daily operational activities, customer support, and team performance, ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments. This role requires hands-on management of escalations and driving process optimizations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows, including delivery and pickup schedules, and monitor performance indicators.
• Address customer complaints and manage escalations to ensure prompt resolution.
• Lead and mentor the customer support team, tracking their performance and attendance.
• Analyze operational data to detect inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, Warehouse, Technology, and Operations departments.
• Implement strategies to minimize repeat customer issues and enhance service quality.
• Manage attendance records, monitor login times, and maintain operational reports.
• Provide frontline customer support during peak demand periods as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated individual with 4 to 7 years’ experience in operations or customer support.
• Proven expertise in leading teams with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across functional areas.
• Preferably experienced in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or customer experience sectors.

Additional Information

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 monthly in-hand.
Location: Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR.
