Klarheit Valuers & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Back Office Executive to join their team located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Job Description
This full-time role involves working from the office to support property valuation processes by reviewing daily reports, verifying property documentation, and preparing technical scrutiny reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily MIS reports to monitor case assignments based on daily reports.
- Examine and confirm accuracy of various property documents connected to assigned cases.
- Detect inconsistencies or missing data in cases and communicate queries to concerned banks via email.
- Research and verify property rates to ensure precise property valuation.
- Compile detailed and accurate Technical Scrutiny Reports for assigned cases.
- Submit reports to Managers for assessment and approval.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Experience not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
- Good typing speed to handle documentation efficiently.
