Key Responsibilities

• Embody Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank to deliver products and customer experiences that resonate positively.
• Maintain exemplary standards of food safety and hygiene by keeping your workstations clean, organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team, fostering a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and shared accomplishments.
• Continuously develop your baking skills and leadership abilities with curiosity and drive.
• Perform effectively in a demanding, fast-paced bakery setting, managing physical tasks and tight deadlines confidently.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a formal baking qualification or an industry-recognized equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a fast-moving bakery environment.

Work Schedule

Roster example: Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 3:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
