Role overview
This position is for an experienced BIM Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a project duration of 2 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will bring deep BIM expertise and prior exposure to metro or rail projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM operations, including process setup and day-to-day workflow management.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to make sure BIM is adopted effectively across the team.
- Guide the creation, coordination, and upkeep of BIM models and related documentation.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on BIM experience.
- At least 5 years of experience at a managerial level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Background in metro or rail projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
